This time I am typing on a keyboard garnered from a contract employer. They sent me a laptop to allow secure connection into their network so that I can write SSRS reports over their legacy data system. I’m being purposefully vague in case this blog does attract any unintended readers.

But since for the most part it’s personal , and even may never in the future be read by even MYSELF, I will simply enjoy the “now” moment of knowing that I’m once again fulfilling self-promises by making the entry at all… even though it is almost midnight on a Thursday, and I’ve worked an additional 4 hours beyond the “standard” 8 for my full-time employer.

Oy! These earning days can be taxing… but since they are paying me the highest salary I’ve earned during my career and since I do only have limited years in which to store-up for the WINTER DAYS of LIFE I will keep on pressing on to impress the ones who keep signing those paychecks.

Must say this is much easier to let the fingers flow than typing on the Kindle. . . maybe I will keep this machine  by my  bedside for blogging….
