When I have 37 thoughts from my doorstep to the family van, it seems unlikely that Focus is achievable. 

I have assumed some connection between discipline and focus. It is time to reconsider .

Can one exhibit discipline while remaining Unfocused? Can one exploit discipline while focus remains lax?
